Rosdi was also a member of “TMpoint Transformation Committee” – a committee setup to project s customer centric image of TMpoint with the ultimate aim improving customers’ experience with TM front liners.

Rosdi Md Noor started his career with Telekom Malaysia (TM) in November 1980 as a technical person with experience spreading over almost the entire value chain required of a telecommunication industry. He was with the switching, transmission and network department manning both equipments and operational levels of the organization and interfacing demands and challenges from both internal as well as external customers..

In 1995, he joined TM Training College (TMTC), the training arms of TM. It was perhaps a move that shape Rosdi to what he currently is – as a man so much attached with training and development. It is no doubt the pinnacle of his career.

In 2009, he lead TM Terengganu to win one of TM’s most prestigious awards, i.e. TM Innovation Award 2009 beating heavyweight contenders, such as Group Marketing division and Network Operation along the way. It was also the state first ever award received in that auspicious occasion. During his tenure at TMTC Eastern, he had manage to turnaround the unit to lead other regional colleges in term of internal revenue, crossing the psychological RM 10 million mark.

He is a Certified Master Trainer in for “Teaming With Passion” program, a management driven program held across the nation aimed at rejuvenating and igniting the passion of TM staff nationwide to boldly faces stiff and new challenges in communication industry.

His undivided commitment towards this cause had earned him the GCEO Merit Award in 2011. The TWP program was then given due international recognition winning the ‘Best Behavioral Change Program’ by World HRD and Education Congress 2012.
